Preparation and processing of fresh fish for distribution. Including packing of fish according to order instructions.
Sorting different fish species according to size, quality and type, as well as ensuring proper handling of the fish to preserve its freshness and quality.
Accurate inspection and assessment of fish quality, freshness and safety in accordance with procedures.
